• Cynefin Framework Education*
• Based on our recent (November 2007) article in Harvard Business Review, this product is a one-day workshop that helps leaders understand how to use the Cynefin framework to lead and make decisions in different contexts.  It provides new tools for a new era of leadership in complex organizations.
• Experiential Leadership Development*
• A natural follow-on to the one-day Cynefin Framework Workshop, this experience is for very confident and open-minded leaders who want to expand both their self-knowledge as well as their knowledge of leading edge leadership practices.  Participants begin with a deep immersion experience in the field with leaders whose work experience is dramatically different from their own.  Concurrently, stories about participant leaders are collected from their co-workers that reveal how these leaders currently handle different contexts.  The stories are analyzed via a narrative database technique and the results allow leaders to assess their own leadership style.  This approach provides a compelling alternative to the traditional psychological assessment.
• Emergent Wisdom Event*
• An Emergent Wisdom Event provides leaders with an efficient and effective ways of soliciting large scale stakeholder input, and it is particularly useful for complex situations.  This method (customized for each client according to business imperatives and organizational culture) generates solutions to intractable problems and new ideas to enhance innovation and creativity.   It goes beyond most existing large group methods and approaches. 
• Leadership, Culture, and Communication Diagnostic*
• This research approach provides a three dimensional visual representation of the content of your organization’s informal “grapevine.”  The grapevine represents the underlying belief systems and myths critical to behavior change and strategy execution.  By making the content of this informal communication highly visible and understandable to leaders, we can then suggest effective leader actions and approaches to positively influence attitudes and behaviors.

• Augmented Meetings  
• Augmented meetings are meetings that involve the use of information tools in the context of a face-to-face meeting.  Boone Associates offers a form of augmented meeting that incorporates the use of specialized software that allows a group to brainstorm, structure, and clarify ideas. This software is especially good for keeping a group focused and results-driven when addressing complex issues or projects. Common applications include brainstorming about goals and objectives of projects and helping groups develop action plans and team approaches to problem-solving.
