Meeting and Event Design and Facilitation
Many audiences are demanding more business-focused meetings with ample opportunities to exchange ideas with their colleagues. We view large meetings as unique opportunities for organizations to Connect, Inform and Engage their internal and external stakeholders around business issues of the utmost importance. We insure participants benefit from interacting with each other and we also make certain that the organization benefits from tapping into the intellectual capital of people in the room.
Our design process works as follows:
- A meeting design team is assembled using both our resources and the client’s resources. This core design team meets to establish an initial design for the meeting.
- The results of the initial design phase are captured in a shared design document.
- The initial design goes through several iterations before being finalized. During this process we field test the design with significant stakeholder groups including both executives and participants.
- We have extensive experience in facilitating meetings for groups of 30 to 3,000 people. If necessary, we can facilitate sessions at the actual meeting, or we can train your in-house staff to serve as facilitators.
- We also provide services for measuring the impact of the meeting.
